冷凍運送安排

消費金額滿 $800:免運費
消費金額未滿 $800:需收取 $70 運費

 

星期一至星期五發貨(假期除外),

截單時間 14:00, 

正常情况下於營業日(星期一至五,公眾假期除外) 確認訂單後二-三天可送到,

 

派貨時段 10:00 - 21:00.

*每張免運費訂單只包含一次免費運送。如需分開運送, 每次額外運送將收取$70物流費用. 

​另可安排『店內自取』但需預約取貨日子/時間.

服務範圍

香港島, 九龍, 新界及部份離島地區. 其他地方如東涌, 愉景灣, 馬灣及禁區範圍, 請預先查詢確認. 如派送地址位於速遞公司非服務地區, 我們將會與閣下聯絡送貨安排, 而運費亦可能因而有所調整.

​*如送貨地址沒有升降機直達而需步行樓梯, 客戶需支付額外上樓費用或自行到樓下交收

不可抗力

送貨時間可能因天氣, 地區, 公眾假期及交通情況而有延誤. 如因以上因素而使貨品未能如期送達引致客戶有任何損失, 本店將不會就此負上任何法律責任或賠償.

Frozen delivery arrangement:

Free shipping for orders over $800
Shipping fee of $70 for orders below $800

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday (except holidays),

Order cut-off time is 14:00,

Normally, it takes two to three days to deliver after confirming the order on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays),

 

Delivery time slot is 10:00 - 21:00.


**Each free shipping order includes only one free delivery. If you need to split the delivery, an additional logistics fee of $70 will be charged for each delivery.

You can also arrange for "In-Store Pickup" but you need to make an appointment for the pickup date and time

Service scope

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and some outlying islands. For other places such as Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and restricted areas, please inquire in advance. If the delivery address is located in an area that is not serviced by the courier company, we will contact you for delivery arrangements, and the shipping fee may be adjusted accordingly.

**If there is no elevator access to the delivery address and stairs are required, customers need to pay extra upstairs fees or collect the goods downstairs by themselves.

Force majeure

Delivery time may be delayed due to weather, region, public holidays and traffic conditions. If the goods cannot be delivered on time due to the above factors and cause any loss to the customer, our store will not bear any legal responsibility or compensation for this.

1. 本公司恕不接受退貨安排. 如發生以下情況, 可安排換貨:

- 貨物於運送途中損毀

- 錯寄商品;

- 貨物缺失.

為確保服務質素, 在發貨前我們必先檢查每件貨品確保完整.

1. Our company does not accept return arrangements. In the following situations, exchange can be arranged:

- The goods are damaged during transportation.

- The wrong product is sent.

- The goods are missing.

2. 請注意退換貨條款如下:

- 如有任何符合(1)的情況,請閣下在收到貨物後一個工作天內向我們提出換貨請求。

- 確認貨品狀態符合換貨政策的要求後,我們會盡快通知閣下申請的情況.

- 在接受閣下的退換貨請求後, 本公司會於七個工作天內安排後續處理. 

- 本公司有權於毋須在另行通知情況下更改換貨政策;如有任何爭議,本公司將擁有最終的決定權。

2. Please note the exchange terms as follows

- If there is any situation that meets (1), please submit an exchange request to us within one working day after receiving the goods

- After confirming that the product status meets the requirements of the exchange policy, we will notify you of the application situation as soon as possible.

-After accepting your return and exchange request, our company will arrange follow-up processing within seven working days.

- Our company reserves the right to change the exchange policy without prior notice; in case of any dispute, our company will have the final decision.

3. 在以下情況我們有權拒絕客戶的退換貨要求:

- 超過退換貨期限的請求

- 已開封、使用或因個人原因而造成任何損壞的商品

- 客戶發貨單據丟失或者不全

- 產品並非我們提供

- 貨物本身不存在質量問題

3. We have the right to refuse the customer's return and exchange request in the following situations:

 

•  Requests that exceed the return and exchange deadline

•  Products that have been opened, used or damaged due to personal reasons

•  Customer's shipping invoice is lost or incomplete

•  Product is not provided by us
